Ticket exchanges may be allowed under special circumstances. Please contact our customer service in advance to check eligibility. The passenger must meet all conditions and complete necessary procedures through our service centers.
Cancellations, refunds, damages, or changes cannot be processed by phone. Please process cancellations in person or through authorized service centers only (providing required identification documents).
Travel time shown is estimated and subject to changes based on traffic conditions and route requirements set by Cambolink21 Express. Actual arrival times may vary due to road conditions, weather, traffic, etc.
Children under 3 years old are charged at a reduced rate.
Passengers may bring personal luggage. Maximum allowed weight is 20 kilograms for stored luggage and 15 kilograms for carry-on luggage. Exceeding the maximum weight limit may result in additional charges.
Dangerous items, weapons, drugs, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Please note that certain items may not be allowed on board for safety reasons. Items that violate regulations may be confiscated (such as flammable materials, etc.).
